We pride ourselves on our efficient claims handling service. As soon as you suffer a loss and need to make a claim, please contact Sue Betts at T&R (Insurance Services) Ltd., giving full details of your loss and where applicable please quote the Police Reference Number.

Once the claim presentation is complete, the file will be sent immediately to Underwriters, who will process the claim swiftly so that the matter will be resolved without any undue delay.
